For the first time since opening their doors, Renaissance experienced an influx of apartments ready to market with little marketing strategies in place to encourage new enquiries. With the pending retirement of their in-house long-term manager and salesperson, Renaissance were keen to ensure marketing and sales strategies were proactively instigated to sell the available apartments.
